Some Symbian phones can be fully hacked (which means that you can install anything and switch off the capability restrictions completely), others can only be partially hacked with the HelloOx method, and some phones can not be hacked at all yet. Your hacking options depend on your phone model and firmware version.

N82 v31 is hackable. just in case , any1 had doubts over it being hacked or not
